Majestaet offers free delivery over 350€ on all orders.
Delivery within attica: 1-2 working days, while for the rest of greece: 2-3 working days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our e-shop delivers internationally with dhl. you can find the list of available locations through the "country" menu at checkout.
Europe: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
UK: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
USA: Delivery within 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world: Delivery within 5-7 working days.
RETURNS
You initially have 10 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
Return fees for refund or product exchange are covered by the customer.
Returns cannot be accepted for seasonal or customized items that have been labeled “non-returnable” in the product description. Items marked “final sale” are also not eligible for return.
You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, without breaking the seal of the package and by confirming that the special signs (labels) of the product have not been removed. In addition, you shall include the payment receipt.

Contact us at info@majestaet.com with the order number and the product name you wish to return.
When we receive your return request, you will receive an email confirming your return request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
Majestaet reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the return instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Product exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size or a different style.
Refund: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date when you receive an email informing you that the returned items have been received, checked, and accepted.
